That’s amazing for any shareholders out there, nice price jump on both stocks and the merge would give you free shares in national express, congrats to anyone who has shares if it goes through.

Stagecoach up £0.18 since announcement to £0.86

National express up £0.21 since announcement to £2.40

For every share you have in stagecoach you get 0.36 shares in national express.

Just checking with regard to the dividend on this as theres none showing on the info. Is this an error and if it needs to be re added. Thanks

The last dividend that the company paid was in 2019 and none have been declared since, what makes you believe it to be an error?

Hi thanks for the info, i was asking if it was missing information rather than pointing out an error. Id seen ex div dates for 27/4/23 & 31/8/23. So i thought i would ask in this discussion group to find out.

Just visited the National Express website and it seems that the dividends are being reistated, so i assume the dates I’d seen online (included in my post) maybe correct. That will be nice for investors.

Anyone care to share some thoughts as we approach the annual meeting?

I flipped NEX.L briefly during the covid crash but have been on the sidelines since. Price is looking attractive.
