I requested account creation last week; yet I don’t have an account and it says that my account needs to be manually reviewed. I am confused what info I need or what I need to do?

For various reasons, a manual review is required during an account opening.
We’ve been super busy after a surge in new customers, but are making good progress in catching up on messages. Due to this, manual reviews take 7-10 working days now so it shouldn’t be too long until someone gets in touch with you.
