NI number confusion

ok so this might get confusing… i received a golden ticket but when i signed up i did it incorrectly so i wouldnt receive my free share etc. so my NI number is attached to that account, so i want to re-sign up with my new account via the QR code, but i cant complete the sign up as my NI number is attached to a different account. im not sure what i can do to fix it. i dont know if anyone can help but thought it was worth a shot! thanks

You cannot sign up with a different account since that would allow people to abuse it to get free shares. All you can do is complete your previous sign up and then contact support to plead your case regarding the free share offer.

Do as @JimmyJ says and reach out to support - they’re are fair bunch and will see that you’re not trying to abuse the system.
