Cheers!

We’ll add this next week as part of the Plus membership universe as it’s a constituent of the FTSE AIM All-Share.

The merging SPAC is flying high on NASDAQ today

Very lonely here. 4D hasn’t got many friends on Freetrade.
Shame as it is in partnership with Merck to increase the impact on cancer of their drug Keytruda and to hopefully develop up to 3 vaccines for unspecified indications.
Waiting for a partner to take on the Phase 3 trial in Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Just partnered with Michael J Fox Foundation to explore potential of microbiome treatments for Parkinsons.

He’s tweeted about it before. No idea how much skin he has in this, but I guess it’s not 2 grand.

What will happen to our holdings if the spac merge goes ahead. Loac isn’t listed on freetrade

You will still be able to trade the AIM shares

Thinking about entering in the morning. Anyone has a quick DD on the company please?

Thanks Chris

In terms of how likely it will be listed on Nasdaq, it should have been built it by now isn’t it?

Not sure how long term this investment should be before any meaningful gains.

They were burning through cash left right and centre it seems.

Anyone know what happens to our shares once this merger completes?
