Diamond Peak will merge with Lordstown Motors (electric vehicle company based in Ohio), When the deal is complete, it will fund the production of their first full size electric pick-up truck. Lordstown was owned by Workhorse but is now a separate company which will merge with Diamond Peak Holdings Corp.
Potential for huge growth for this EV company.
As it currently stands DPHC doesnât seem to be traded on any brokerage underpinned by DriveWealth.
So, unfortunately for now and by that logic⊠this wonât be coming anytime soon.
It is on T212 as they utilise Interactive Brokers

*** BUT⊠it does look like DPHC might be CREST settleable⊠so FT could go direct to a Market Maker (say, WInterfloods as we know FT utilise them too from their regulatory disclosures) and settle it in-house if they really, really, really wanted to

Gathered 2 billions in pre order revenue recently [deleted] Need those guys on!
Market cap of Lordstown motors will not be 700m. Diamond peak is only getting a small percentage of Lordstown motors. Post merger Lordstown would have had a market cap of ~1.5bn with the price of DPHC at 10, since its at 20 youâre now paying ~3bn.

Still a compelling speculative âinvestmentâ, the massive factory, the licensed in wheel motor tech, likely first to market electric pickup. Political will from both parties. Would not be surprised at all if it hits $50 by merger.

It would be great if Freetrade could add DiamondPeak Holding Company (DPHC) - this certainly looks like it has the potential to do far better than Nikola Motors ever will
