It’s not looking pretty in Pre-market today! @Drew looks you got your buying opportunity!
I’m just hoping it stays this low till payday so I can pick up some more!

Watching with interest hope it keeps going down all most time to start buying in again.
This is where I wish Ft gave a %p/l for my individual buys because my first was at $10 and my second at $28 and that ones not looking so healthy. May buy more at the bottom if I can work it out.
Out of curiosity why would you want that instead of an overall that is shown?
Not instead of, that’s important, just as well as.
I’m surprised by how much the stock has risen. The company needs a fair few more commercial contracts to warrant the current price, IMO. Revenue is currently weighted too much in favour of government agency contracts.
I was thinking the same. Its gained $1.5bn based on winning a $44m contract spread over 3 years…doesnt add up at all!
Any early investors in the chat? What’s your exit strategy for this? I’m a fairly novice investor and find it hard to sell haha
In early and buy back on corrections. Long term hold, convinced this is a 10x thing
this
Why are you convinced?
I think Palantir is primed to benefit from the ever-growing avalanche of big data in the coming decade. Being able to offer an easily customisable dashboard(s) to make sense of endless data points will have countless uses and benefits.
Currently, they are focused on Government contracts but if they can open this offering to the commercial sector, there’ll be no stopping them!
As long as it’s currently under 40. I will keep adding my position until I hit 400 shares.
I believe this is like Facebook in 2012.
For me it’s a long hold. 5 years min.
Yes PLTR is definitely a long term hold. I’m in 800 shares and will keep adding on the dips.
Most people are not traders here. I am pretty sure that it will beat average market returns over 5 years and that’s enough for me to keep holding.
That being said I am up almost 200% already and I am usually trimming my biggest winners monthly to free up some cash to make sure I have healthy buying power for any dips.
The valuation still doesn’t seem to stack up
But it is great footing if the larger projects are deemed success and drive further business.
The fact that their 3 major deals in this article are contract extensions hopefully means the clients are seeing good results… but then again they’re public sector and I always worry that this means someone is too scared to let go of a bad project - so for me this cancels out.
Anyone else have a more knowledgable view
Valuation on tech companies are almost doesn’t or never adds up. But I judge companies on how much money revenues they are taking in. If they keep increasing revenues every quarter then thats always a good sign. Some tech companies like Tesla revenues might not be there yet but the under lying assets they have is far more valuable itself than their cars.
Anyone know why the insane SP rise today?
They are having a Demo Day of their products for the first time as well as a qualitative indication that revenue may beat expectations. Hence ATH.
