Proof of ownership

Hi all,
I bought 100 carnival shares back in august 2021 to get a perk of some free onboard cruise credit however that cruise never happened COVID !!
I have recently booked another P&O and forwarded my in app share certificate and got the following reply….

We are unable to process your shareholder benefit application at this time as the evidence of shares provided does not prove current ownership because it is not dated within the last 3 months.

Please submit updated evidence of shares dated within the last 3 months via email or post, and ensure that your full name and number of shares owned is visible.

I have no idea how todo this and cannot find a contact number.

Any help or advise would be truly appreciated.

Have you tried a copy of your statement? You should be able to see this in the activity tab - will show for 1st of January. Based on what it says on their their shareholder benefits page, they should accept this as proof.

I noticed this statement earlier today. How often is it produced? It’s very useful.

There should be one for every month, on the first day of each month.
