EWY is not available in the UK because they don’t publish the required regulatory documents (Key Investor Information Document).

However, IKOR (iShares MSCI Korea UCITS ETF USD (Dist)) is a fund that is available in Freetrade, with very similar holdings.

Instead of using etfdb.com (which focuses on the USA market) to look for ETFs, try https://www.justetf.com instead. They focus on funds that are available in the UK (as well as some other European countries).
