SPDR S&P 400 US Mid Cap UCITS ETF (Acc.) - SPX4 - Share chat

@EmilieG :eyes::eyes:

LSE listing in USD haven’t been possible to add so far. Also the volume looks incredibly patchy.

What about the listing in GBP?

What sort of trades monthly is the minimum required amount?

What’s the stock code for the GBP one?

I don’t know what threshold Freetrade work towards for volume but I know it’s one of a few metrics they want to have in place before adding an instrument.

SPX4

I can’t speak for the team but the GBP looks pretty thin.

Out of interest what’s the appeal of tracking the middle 80% of the S&P500? I think that’s what this one does.

Just about getting more coverage to US market really.

I’ve linked below to some more information about the S&P MidCap 400, which outlines its performance, how much of the US market it captures and what it invests in.

Personally, I would be cautious about buying this ETF (SPX4) because of the low liquidity.
The LSE shows the last five trades as:

i.e. so far no trades at all today.

However, we have flagged this as a request to consider for inclusion to the Freetrade stock Universe as you never know.
