Unfortunately, Freetrade only has links to the New York and London stock exchanges at the moment. Samsung is only listed on the Korean exchange, so for the foreseeable future, it is out of reach. (There is a derivative instrument on the London Stock Exchange, a GDR called BC94, that represents shares in Samsung, but it’s not available through Freetrade and you’d want a few more experience levels before partaking.) There is also an ETF whose ticker is IKOR, about 25% of which is Samsung, so that could be one way to get exposure if you don’t mind also being exposed to the rest of Korean industry too.
