Another landmark contract, paving the way for SMR!

Is this not the contract/PR mentioned above?

It’s not 2 x separate contracts from what I could see.

Though, not directly link to RR.

Positive news coming out around SMR’s from the UK government

Only 4 kilograms of uranium are required to power nuclear submarines for 30 years without refueling. The reactors used in nuclear submarines are based on highly enriched uranium (HEU), which contains 90% or more uranium-235. This enriched uranium can produce a large amount of energy in small quantities.
4-5 kilograms of enriched uranium can power a nuclear submarine for several decades, as nuclear fission reactions produce a tremendous amount of energy. The energy produced by the fission of one kilogram of uranium-235 is equivalent to approximately 24,000,000 kilowatt-hours.
The efficient use of fuel in nuclear reactors and the design of the reactor itself eliminate the need for frequent fuel replacements. Nuclear submarines do not require fuel replacements for 20-30 years, which is a significant technological advantage for their long-term missions.
This is why nuclear submarines have greater autonomy than conventional diesel-electric submarines.

Kinda wish I kept this stock always liked it but I made a profit on it like a few others and shoved it into other stocks.

Sitting on a nice profit, but a long term hold for me.

I agree and it will pay us back in the coming years, 1 when they reinstate their Dividend payments and as the stock price rises due to the numerous contracts they are sure to receive in the future.

Nice gain, just a shame it’s only 2 shares!

As I’ve been scooping up shares as they’ve been going up, my average price per share is now £3.46.

Will stop when I get to a nice round 1000 shares I think (currently at around 750)

So will Freetrade let us take part in the DRIP? Or will we have to do it manually?

Nice article to read and I did expect the institutions would slowly start talking up positions because not only is it an Excellent Company now but from the investment perspective if they get the go ahead to develop and deploy the SMR the share price will triple or do even better.
I’m happy buy and Hold this Stock for the next few years and see how it goes

Up 837% my average buy is £0.7872 on 450 shares. Wish i had carried on buying when it started to go up but i didn’t. Cant bring myself to pay £7.00 plus for a share now.

I bought 400 shares the day before it leaped. They say its time in the market not timing the market, proved wrong on this one occasion!
Let’s hope they continue to rise with news of a 1 billion share buy back and a dividend payment.
They government are still very cagey about the SMR development. I see on questiontime tonight the labour MP wouldn’t commit to a decision around SMR development.
But I read they have already invested 210 million in rolls royce SMR.
I think two company’s may ultimately get the SMR contracts with RR being one.

I’m in exact boat. Wish I loaded up like a madman at the 70p to 90p levels.

But also. Just continued to average up

Oh well. Hindsight is a wonderful thing

Live and learn.
