S&S ISA Transfer Cash

I have just transferred my stocks and shares ISA from Vanguard to Freetrade. The process took 1 day short of 4 weeks. My shares have now all been successfully transferred, but the cash sitting in my Vanguard account (only about £80) hasn’t. Is that expected?

Obviously it’s not too much of a pain to withdraw and then add the funds to Freetrade, but it’s a little surprising that it didn’t come across together. Or maybe it’s because the cash is from a dividend that was paid during the transfer process?

Any thoughts appreciated!

I had £30 left in my Santander S&S when transferred. I request then to sell everything and move as cash.

Mine was dividends paid after the transfer.
