It’s 2 + 15/20 as the pricing is not live but delayed (I imagine with Alpha you will be able to pay for live pricing).

Very rarely does anyone give live pricing data for free as it is expensive to provide (due to the exchanges making huge profits from owning the data).

Most retail brokerage sites offer delayed pricing. It is standard practice.

I think DeGiro is one of the cheap brokers which give you live price.
