Support response expectations

Hey Team, appreciate due to reduced support team over the Christmas period there may be a backlog in support queries, but been over 2 days since raising a query in app and its yet to be acknowledged. Mine is not an urgent query (more of a bug), but it would be worth setting realistic expectations on when someone will pick up and respond to a query rather than say within 24hrs and it turn out a lot longer. This is especially true with user numbers increasing and you launch more features, as nothing is more off putting than poor customer service experience from the get go.

Having been a user for over a yr and having had a number of interactions with the support team, I’ve experienced some fab support, but new users won’t be able to say the same.
