Can someone give an idea of support timelines, I’ve read on here they are inundated but the chat says 1d timescale but I’ve had no response now after 2 days and this is after waiting 1 full day before raising issue. I know they are busy but some sort of idea or acknowledgment would be great, slightly worried I’ve transferred money to a bogus platform, heartened to see such great feedback on here, and when I did my initial research. Fingers crossed just a glitch and bad timing on my part.
I also have a support request open for almost that long.
However, Freetrade is usually really great with their support and I’ve always been very satisfied. I hear they just onboarded 10k more users though so I am guessing they are a bit swamped.
