Here’s something a little different… now planning on merging with BIRD, an electric scooter/micromobility company. This company is a micromobility company that operates shared electric scooters in over 100 cities in Europe, the Middle East and North America. It is based in Santa Monica, California. It combined with Switchback II Corporation in November 2021.
