I cant believe tm1 gave recylus as 6 or 8 million in loans!!! Wtf you could have bought the company out right with that money fs!!! Now your relying on them paying it back i donnt even think the interest rate on the loan is that much which probably means there out of pocket…

Yup, really hoping this all gets sorted out soon and it somehow ends up that we haven’t been completely shafted.

When is this likely to come out of suspension
It sounded like once the accounts were converted to the required format, it would be soon. It will be interesting to see where it goes. The sale of the mineral rights were at least a TM1 asset so should be a big benefit to their cash position.
I can’t believe this year
We’ve been waiting for a tfs for nearly all of it.
Infact they should call in the loan from recyclus… they say they cant pay it!! So we say ok well we will take it as shares from their board… so tm1 owns outright the company and we get rid of that group of leaches… draining tm1…

I don’t think we can even if we wanted. Still says it’s not listed on free trade to trade.
It’s good news for recyclus not sure about TM though.

Well at least its 48.3% good news for TM1. Plus the sale of mineral rights since the share got suspended.
Does anyone know how to contact freetrade to get them to pull their finger out and update the listing to allow trades ? Very frustrating seeing buys on other platforms

Hi all, just noticed my TM1 share price has increased from 0.0011 to 0.0030. Cannot buy or sell the shares, still suspended.
