Hi - is anyone else having a problem with top-ups? I click the top-up button, select my linked account, enter an amount of money, press ‘Continue’ and…nothing happens. Just a ‘buffering’ circle icon and then the screen refreshes. I use Starling bank, if that makes a difference.
I’ve had similar-ish issues like that, but usually ensuring the apps are up to date and/or restarting the phone solves most problems.
Rather more annoying I find is that my bank loves to advertise its own services as soon I log which messes up the link between Freetrade, Truelayer and the bank, which means I have to go back to freetrade and request the the payment again.
