Just seen that top ups are delayed, I did a bank transfer this morning, shows in activity but not my balance.
Seems to be a lot of issue of late…
Hi Mark, I’m sorry you’ve been impacted by this. 
We are working with our partner provider to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Our Engineers are also looking at how we can prevent or reduce impact to our customers if this was to occur again.
