Yes - but you’ll have to sell off your stock and buy them again in the basic account.
Is that mean that I will have to pay again stamp duty tax of 0,5% for shares from LSE?

In addition to any capital gains (if above the allowance) on your sale. This isn’t a Freetrade restriction, it’s a UK ISA legislation imposed one.
