Hi everyone

Transferred 400 pounds on May 11th 2020 Via bank transfer , I am still expecting a reflection in the platform. I canā€™t trade as funds still havenā€™t arrived . I have confirmed from my bank and transaction was made as requested, please who can I contact as no contact links on the Freetrade app. Thanks .

Havenā€™t see anyway to do this on the app .

Hi,
Tap on the profile icon in the top right hand corner of the home screen.
Scroll down there should be an option that says ā€œChat with usā€ under ā€œHelp and Supportā€.

Go to your Profile tab and choose ā€˜Chat with usā€™.
