I’d like a quick way to see where I’m gaining and losing.
A treemap would be a great way to visualise this. With a drop down to choose the time period being displayed and two toggles - between percentage or monetary gain loss and another to choose between only gains, only losses or combined gains and losses (using a red/green colour scale to differentiate gains from losses).
I’ve seen it before and it was one of the easiest ways to visualise portfolio movement
