The VanEck Vectors Semiconductor UCITS ETF invests in the overall performance of companies involved in semiconductor production and equipment.
Index seeks to track the most liquid companies in the industry based on market capitalization and trading volume
Portfolio may include both U.S. domestic and U.S. listed foreign companies allowing for enhanced industry representation
Companies must derive at least 50% of total revenues from the production of semiconductors and semiconductor equipment to be initially eligible for the Index
Adding my Vote to this, you have the gaming one up which is fine even if its behind Plus how come just the one? would make sense to add their range of ETFs.
According to :freetrade: (in March) this ETF was very illiquid - I don’t know if this has changed but Yahoo Finance is only showing yesterdays data (which is very odd) and only shows 38k volume.
Does anyone else know why this one doesn’t have the data / trade much volume? You’d think it would be very popular with 0.35% fees too.
SMGB has been requested plenty but the team has determined it to be illiquid. I’d be great if we could count the requests for SMGB towards SMH since that looks like a pretty identical alternative and should meet the requirements @Viktor
