VanEck Vectors Video Gaming and eSports ETF (£ESGB/$ESPO)

**VanEck Vectors Video Gaming and eSports ETF (NYSEARCA:[ESPO]

Fund Description: The VanEck Vectors™ Video Gaming and eSports UCITS ETF (ESPO) is a UCITS-compliant exchange-traded fund that invests in a portfolio of equity securities with the aim of providing investment returns that closely track the performance of the MVIS® Global Video Gaming and eSports Index (MVESPOTR).

Yes please. With many taking up video gaming with recent stay-at-home/shielding guidance (me for one), I would love to speculate on this one.

Could you add a brief description of what they are involved in and your reasoning for the listing being important? It might strengthen the case for addition. I say this because I have noticed that Freetrade certainly pay a lot of attention to stock request with multiple votes. The Partial list of US stocks to be listed soon certainly included a lot of much requested stocks

I think instead of ESPO, it would have to be ESGB, which would have the required Key Information Document for investors.

I’d probably prefer to avoid FX charges and invest in the £ESGB.

What kind of exposure do these funds get you in terms of esports?

In my opinion the gains in esports come down to publishers and streaming platforms. So what’s the point of investing outside tencent/atvi or amz(twitch)?

Atvi was my second purchase on freetrade over a year ago, it’s performing great, but I’d love to hear you out and expand my knowledge in the area.

I especially like the composition of the ESPO ETF (see below) - pretty diversified from both a geographical (east/west), vertical (processors/developers/publihsers) and horizontal (video/mobile) point of view. Pretty good :+1:

|NVDA|NVIDIA Corp|9.04%|
|700|Tencent Holdings Ltd|7.15%|
|AMD|Advanced Micro Devices Inc|6.50%|
|ATVI|Activision Blizzard Inc|6.32%|
|SE|Sea Ltd|6.11%|
|EA|Electronic Arts Inc|5.28%|
|CDR|CD Projekt SA|5.27%|
|7974|Nintendo Co Ltd|5.17%|
|ZNGA|Zynga Inc|5.14%|
|3659|Nexon Co Ltd|4.96%|
|NTES|NetEase Inc|4.86%|
|036570|NCSOFT Corp|4.25%|

can the Freetrade team pls add it? @Freetrade_Admin
