Anyone have any thoughts on the Virgin Wines IPO?
This company is a direct-to-consumer online wine retailer.
I thought that with lockdown and more home based entertaining, that Virgin Wines would be a good bet. Their tie up with Moonpig seemed a good idea. So far, after buying in April 2021, Iām down 10%.
I should have done better research, but bought more on gut feel. Their score on TrustPilot is 4.5 and they have the Virgin name behind them. The employee satisfaction score on GlassDoor is 4 out of 5 stars.
Hopefully, the share price will move up. The company is shown as 40.6% Undervalued compared to fair value on Simply Wall Street and also as unprofitable.
