I think there is a lot of guff on both sides. Oh people did they due diligence did they, and the executive team is amazing? By what metric, exactly?
Same with technical analysis, it’s a head and shoulders breakout with extensive dandruff formations, is it? But then, there is some useful information, which is largely sentiment based, which may be predictive, and forms the basis of momentum as a factor.
