Twitter - TWTR - Share Chat

You know that’s not a lot different from a standard conspiracy theory. You know quite well it’s not going end up in your account immediately.
I am also sure you know there will be no selling fee.

AJ Hell just sent an update:

Your account is expected to be credited with the cash proceeds on or around 1 November 2022.
Under the terms of the takeover, your account will be credited with USD54.20 for each Twitter Inc share held.

I don’t know how that may affect Freetrade’s handling but the cogs are turning! At 16:42 I haven’t received anything though. I’ll update this post when I do.

Just wanted to let you know that AJ Hell have paid the income from the Twitter sale into my LISA…

Type: Receipt Of Outturn - Cash
Following the takeover, converted cash proceeds at a rate of GBP47.332110739 (minus FX charges) were credited to accounts on the 02nd November 2022.

I had to ask with Live Chat if there was any kind of fee… and the Live Chat agent had to ask the dealing team…

As it was a corporate action, you will not be charged any dealing fees for that income from the sale

Curiously my one time login code included 666 in it… perhaps I’m not wrong when I call them AJ Hell!

Glad you got the income paid out. Still waiting here, it would be good to get it working somewhere else, hope its not stuck in limbo.

Some sympathiser flagged it, so I edited the post. I thought the notion that there’s nothing wrong with David Icke needed to be challenged. However, I’ve deleted the post altogether now. Best to stay on topic where possible, speaking of which…

Got to admit it he is a bit potty. A product no doubt of his previous success. He now thinks he can get away with…well maybe not anything but a lot. I am not sure the way he has made these redundancies is very logical. Was he using a dartboard to function as to who should be made redundant?

Lots of activity on software/engineering twitter suggesting the site is about to fail, including this thread from a former engineer at Google:

Add that to the growing list of advertiser boycotts which will only grow and I think this is a golden opportunity for other social media to beat upcoming earnings at a time of deteriorating expectations. Can see Snap, Meta and Pinterest all benefiting, there’s over $5b in ad spend to go around!

Presumably it got swept up in the bot cleanup. It’s no longer suspended if it was, and marked as an automated bot

No one is a saint.
