Dude, Where’s My Juul? 
These are really good points and everyone should take them into account. I do sometimes wonder if I should switch to Philip Morris International ($PM) from BATS or just have both in the long run. So I won’t lose out on the tax free dividends with BATS but still have a safer tobacco company (going smoke free) in my holdings. Right now I shall keep BATS but laws and regulations can be really off-putting for future buys.

If the released news were genuine, writing down the doomed sector, in long terms it could be beneficial for the company.
