This is a US stock that acquires and leases senior housing and healthcare properties across the US to operators of all sizes. This stock will help investors take advantage of the baby boom generation as they enter their retirement years. I would also like to see Well Tower(WELL) and Ventas(VTR) added to the list.
Outlined this in my last YouTube video, the US age demographic is weighted towards the elder population. A trend to take advantage of for sure!
