Helium One Global - HE1 - Share Chat

Is it me or has the FT share graph had a meltdown and stopped updating. Perhaps that should be a meltup :grinning:

It’s 15 minutes delayed, seems fine to me

Silence is golden … :joy:

I do hope we hear something of HE1s plans soon. Hopefully something next week :pray:t2:

Helium discovered in Minnesota as US supplies dwindle | Fox Business this could have an impact on global helium prices.

Are you thinking of taking a punt @Jay254 ?

No not me.
I just came across the article, thinking that it could lower global prices, in turn stumping HE1 share price if ever they actually do anything with their find.

On the contrary it could boost interest in Helium & attract new investors to HE1.

Looks like PLSR is only available on 1 platform in the UK.

I can’t find where, can you subtly say? lol

IBKR - Though someone else told me that - not invested myself - I did set up an account but payment seems a faff via bank transfer.

Though PLSR took a nose dive today :disappointed:

Highlights

· Drill stem test (“DST”) results carried out on the Itumbula West-1 well calculate a minimum flow rate of 0.5 million cubic feet per day (“mmscfd”) containing 4.7% helium

· Extended well test (“EWT”) planned on Itumbula West-1 well in Q3 2024

· Resource estimates and subsurface modelling being progressed

· Early engagement with vendors regarding production facility engineering as the Company’s focus transitions towards development and production

· Company-owned Epiroc Predator 220 drilling rig is currently hot stacked and remains in a state of operational readiness

Unaudited Interim Results for the Six Months ended 31 December 2023

Not an overly bad estimate of cash left when I said $9-12m, somewhere on higher end/slightly above ($8.7m end of December (in the results), plus $6m raise in February, minus spending for last couple months) - Helium One Global - HE1 - Share Chat - #1472 by woodyblade

So approximately 23500 cubic feet a day of Helium?

US geological survey indicates private industry was selling around $390 per thousand cubic feet (plus surcharges) last year, translating to something like $3.3m a year at those prices, seems a bit low

For a bit of Friday morning entertainment, head on over to the LSE board, you would think its a matter of life or death, hilarious.

Am I right in understanding that while the results are good, the earning potential initially is not as great as expected therefore shares dropping?

Massive bunch of Nancies. This is what happens when a share attracts every single idiot about. Unreadable.

It’s more to do with the stated timeline. They are saying Q3 before they can proceed with extended well test because they need to order parts

What sort of market value is there in the Nitrogen ?

No idea have a search online

I’ve not seen them give a resource estimate for Nitrogen, or at least I don’t recall reading it

Nitrogen’s price per litre is less than 10% of that of Helium. Presumably reflecting that Nitrogen is not a scarce element…

Unfortunately that’s me out for the time being, after 2.5 years the latest drop is just too much to watch.

Ended up with a decent profit & will keep my eye on HE1 & see how it fairs at the end of Q2.
