Why do folk not like to leave money in a stock over a weekend? Feel like they always drop on a Friday ?
Well today could be interesting! Positive Rns followed by a raise at£1.09 to acquire holding in another company. Think they hope the good news will bury the raise. Buckle up
From what I can see, its all positive news. The raise was to buy 50% of a US company which also reported ~7% helium, which given most averages are around 0.3%, they’ve increased the company’s overall valuation.
The 7.6% helium is great news, too. A decent flow rate of 700+ barrels per day and the second EWT hopefully underway.
Everyone on the LSE forum (not that I ever take notice of people there) seem negative as usual, but I genuinely see this as good news. Could’ve been much worse
Helium One Global (AIM: HE1), the primary helium explorer in Tanzania, announces that the Company has entered into a conditional binding heads of agreement (the “Agreement”) pursuant to which Helium One has agreed to acquire a 50% legal and beneficial interest (the “Interest”) in ASX listed Blue Star Helium’s (ASX: BNL) (“Blue Star”) Galactica-Pegasus project in Colorado, USA (“the Galactica Project”), as well as a similar interest in the leases associated with 246 km2 (61,000 gross acres) of acreage in the proven helium fairway of Las Animas County, southern Colorado (the “Acquisition”).
The Company also announces that it has raised gross proceeds of £6.43 million (approximately US$8.2 million) by a direct subscription (the “Subscription”) pursuant to a cash box structure, through the issue of 590,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (“New Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 1.09 pence per Ordinary Share (the “Issue Price”) to fund the acquisition. The Subscription is conditional on admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM becoming effective.
Successful extended well test in faulted Karoo interval at ITW-1 flows up to 7.6% helium
Helium One Global (AIM: HE1), the primary helium explorer in Tanzania, is pleased to announce that it has completed the first phase of the extended well test (“EWT”) at Itumbula West-1 (“ITW-1”) and has successfully flowed up to 7.6% helium to surface.
So they are diluting shares again? And giving their pals cut price shares, again?? After it getting to 2.14 they are offering oaks 1.09? They are unscrupulous arseholes.
A few years ago, maybe more than a few lol, I came to terms with the fact that I’m never going to win the lotto. I therefore stopped wasting my money.
My head smacking realisation is dawning here
Sustained helium flow at ITW-1 following successful completion of EWT operations
Helium One Global (AIM: HE1), the primary helium explorer in Tanzania, is pleased to confirm a helium discovery following completion of its extended well test (“EWT”) operations at Itumbula West-1 (“ITW-1”) which successfully flowed a sustained average of 5.5% helium (air corrected) from the fractured Basement and flowed a sustained average of 5.2% helium (air corrected) to surface from the faulted Karoo Group.
Was just reading this - great start to the day. Mining application submitted within two weeks
Something going on ,? Nothing showing on data , guess there going to be further announcements
Think people have read the information that another raise is likely (maybe)
Keep watching it go down. No idea why I didn’t press the sell button!!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7T5h4qi28c must watch
Didn’t have the desired effect. Thought that would bounce better. See what comes next

Every time she gives “great news”, the share price tanks. I now flinch with every new post.
Buy the rumour; sell the news.
An introduction to mining permits & what is tenure?
Maybe useful for people.
Wont be quick be the looks off it for the licence average time of 9 months to grant mining licences
Bought a takeaways worth at SP just over 1p few days ago…just for fun… seems to be determined to hit zero.
Nothing will happen for a while now whilst they await licence. Imagine most have taken profits.
Wish I had in honestly .84 is my price so if goes below I may add in time
