The good news is while IIPR is not available on this platform, it is still only a reit with a PE ratio over 52. Which is, optimistic to say the least. It may quickly turn out to be a good thing not being available yet :open_mouth:

A lot less chance than watching its huge gains while not having access to it on FT. Like too many others… :pensive::money_with_wings:

Or just use IG, so much more choice and if you do more than 3 trades a quarter US stocks are free to buy/sell

Years later, still waiting. Would be a fantastic addition to the portfolio. Especially with the high yield now.

I feel your pain. I hold IIPR in another ISA and am having to sell out of other stocks to add to IIPR instead within that ISA. It’s the main thing holding me back from transferring from T212 to freetrade
