I think so. I can’t remember what they said about timings but if I remember rightly, it’s next on the list after funds and a Jisa.
Knowing my luck, it won’t accept transfers and I’ll be gone 40 by the time it launches. 
By the way, @CashCow raves about AJ Bell’s Lisa.
