Who are they?
A construction company focusing on new-build developments, student accommodation and build-to-rent accommodation. Started in 1971, they progressed from a small carpentry business to the giant construction/property development company they have become today.
Structure
Floated in 2016, they were family run until earlier this year when Mark Watkin Jones stepped aside as CEO.
