Not sure what you are asking for here. Either way EPIC pays monthly.
It’s REIT which owns retail parks as opposed to shopping centres. Retail parks have done considerably better than shopping centres since covid. NEXT and M&S have both stated that they have done better on Retail parks than shopping centres.
5.5% dividend. 17% discount to NAV.
