It’s interesting to see these GDRs being added, not many brokers seem to offer them.
As it happens, I hold an ADR for a different India bank.
This backgrounder was a good read. It’s important to consider the potential liquidity risk with these types of investments, the bid-ask spread can be wide and they can be difficult to sell.
