Best low-risk income funds with steady dividends

I’m looking for lowrisk income funds or trusts that pay reliable dividends …ideally around 3-4% yield.
I prefer dividend income rather than interest and want to avoid ETFs. The Artemis Monthly Distribution fund sounds interesting any experiences? Also curious about how others handle tax on dividend income versus interest.
