This real estate investment trust (REIT) focuses on healthcare properties in the UK, including residential care homes. Property income distributions (PIDs) paid by UK REITs are subject to a 20% withholding tax. PIDs paid into ISAs are tax exempt. Freetrade will reclaim the withholding tax and distribute to ISA holders approximately 30-60 days after the PID is paid.
