world’s biggest companies committing $1B+ to CDR ( carbon dioxide removal ) technologies https://frontierclimate.com/

e.g you can get paid even before you ever achieve any carbon credits

Good afternoon all , I’ve never posted on here but have a lot on LSE , I’ll share some really good information if you are all interested?

Good luck to all invested

It seems to me that they are pivoting within the parameters of what the prospectus would permit. If there is substance to Kingtide it ( ocean based solutions ) is a very exciting space that is getting a lot of attention within the all ready red hot carbon capture sector. Think you’re in the wrong thread fella. CBX is a skincare company. Unless I’m missing something on the relevance of your posts (apologies if so)?

Great to see another spike. Managed to sell today for another small profit (still nowhere near offsetting the large loss from buying at the start and selling at 6p!).
If it continues, great news for the optimists amongst us. If it dips again I’ll buy back in at 005 and wait for the next press release inspired spike.

Hi Nick

Read the RNS from yesterday and the acquisition, it will enable CBX to sell carbon credits this year , a complete diversification but an absolute genius idea

Not sure why some of my posts have been hidden, they are related to the RNS from Cellular Goods on 09/03/23 regarding their acquisition of Kingtide Carbon , this will allow them to have an extra revenue stream this year , please show the posts as it is relevance to investors as per the RNS below

Thanks :+1:t3:. In all the Sephora news I hadn’t spotted that gem.
It’s an interesting acquisition, but as a long time observer and pained investor of CBX I can confidently say it’s probably not a ā€˜genius move’.

It’s just another diversion as far as I can see and further evidence that the company has no strategy. It’s a shame because the Sephora product placement win - albeit an online only deal - was at least a sign of life from the thus-far lumpen retail offering.

There have been a few questionable progressions from CBX since launch. An acquisition of a Singapore based company with (apparently) one owner and no physical revenue (or activities?) in CBX shares at the end of one trading day, followed by the Sephora announcement and subsequent share price spike first thing the next, is ā€˜interesting’. It’s a very fortunate time for CBX to ā€œpivotā€ for the beneficiary.

In one of your posts (there were 11 in a row that were showing, so that’s likely the reason admin deleted somešŸ˜‰) you said that this was within their prospectus? I don’t recall carbon trading ever being part of the CBX model?

It wasn’t I was just pointing out that they are stretching the boundaries somewhat , have a read of the ability to sell carbon credits beforehand which will realise revenue a lot earlier.

I know it’s a bit left field but sometimes these ideas pay handsomely.

Good luck

Up 91% on 156 shares. Blocked to sell them  what’s the point?

:joy: who knows , at least we had a good bounce from the 0.6p levels , let’s hope we stabilise and get more RNS over the next few week , praying we don’t drop massively again

Well said. We can only assume that they’re operating within the law, but this acquisition of a shell company using our share value on the evening before an announcement designed to spike the price the next day simply stinks.

Lost trust in this company a long time ago. These are dead worthless shares for a dead and worthless company with a good product. Sadly other products are getting more marketing and doing far better.
I have zero confidence is CBX.
On another note, I’ve also pretty much left Freetrade. Invested in a property portfolio instead and doing wonders.
Wish you all the best. Will pop back in 2024
