Outsourcing costumer support in periods of 10x unexpected demand. Not all of it. Just part of it.
I donāt know how to recruit and fully train 30 or 50 operatives from one day to the next.
This just crossed my mind.
With the benefit of hindsight I can see requesting the services of a customer support services provider in parallel with onboarding new team members could alleviate some of the pains Freetrade had during the past month.
It seems a valid option but at what costs?
Can we consider it and survey the market so if a tsunami ever hit our shores again we know we can make a call to a service provider and they give us a hand for a few weeks? Or would they accept a full yearās contract only?
Have we considered this before?
