Does anyone know if a crowdfunded or private company are required to provide an investor update?
Invested in Gripit, now UK building products and the sole director does not respond to any correspondence. It’s been over a year since he last contacted shareholder’s going by my records.
I think the game is over for gripit. I could be wrong but I think they folded a few months back

Company is still active on Companies House with accounts submitted on 5.10.23.
Just emailed Deborah Meaden to see is she can shed any light on the situation.
Not sure if anyone has used these products but they are great for fixing stuff to the wall.
Went bust in 2019 if my records are correct, or at least our shares wiped out
