It’s not delisting. The main business appears to have been sold which is what the special dividend is payment for. What will remain will be a cash shell, in a way (almost like a SPAC if you like), whether they can do anything meaningful with it is anyone’s guess.

Yes my bad, I thought I read somewhere it was dissolving, but in essence it is going to be a mostly empty company. A mining company without anywhere to mine. There are some complicated rules about cash shells and reverse takeovers blah blah blah things that make sense to business majors.
