Crowdfunding - Existing Investor, no invite

I keep chasing Crowdcube regarding an invite to the Crowdfunding and they keep telling me it will be sent out prior to the event. I believe it’s today and I still haven’t received anything.

I’m keen to continue my investment in FreeTrade, has anyone else had this issue and had it resolved?
