rip, investing in a Finnish nuclear company backed by the state, with ownership of a German energy provider. Nice dividends and good track record, what could go wrong? EVERYTHING!

Do you think this company is worth a 2nd look, especially with such a good dividend yield ??

No they merged with a german utility company, the liabilities they now have far outweigh any good part of the finnish nuclear business that there was IMO

Also there is a 30%/35% dividend tax on Finnish stocks isnโ€™t there?

yeah unfortunately UK doesnt have a dividend tax trreaty with them :frowning:

Hi, just curious what you mentioned here. When you say everything, what is the problem exactly and why they are problematic? And isnโ€™t it the nuclear is low carbon?

The Nuclear is no longer the major part of the business
