FX fees with ETF and fractional shares

Hi,
I could not find answers to these questions anywhere:

Would I pay FX fees buying VUAG or VWRP as they are denominated in USD?

Are fractional shares supported for VUAG and VWRP or I would need to buy full units?

There are no FX fees for these as they are traded in GBP
You can only buy full units at the moment

But they will be fractional at some point like 2022 or mid 2022 maybe?
