This investment trust invests in a wide variety of infrastructure across the UK, including renewable energy projects, housing and public-private partnerships.
Presently yields 10.42%.
Due to Infrastructure and in particular renewables share prices falling over cliff.
Not a lot of interest in this share on freetrade community.
It’s by far my best renewable.
Presently up 12%.
Started buying November 2023 . I am in at 10.5 dividend.
No move in the dividend, in fact it was reduced from 7.6p to 7p 3 years ago and has continued at that amount.
No dips in share price so haven’t added to.
Basically a debt fund
Good RNS today.
Main aim is to reduce debt.
Small to begin with less than 10%
Sold an equity holding in a wind farm above NAV
Which reduce debt to 45 million.
Wants to avoid equity holdings in future.
Very little of there lending has inflation or base rate linkage.
Any new loans will be higher interest rates and will stay there when rates come down.
BUT the AIM at the moment is getting rid of the last vestige of debt and returning £50 million to shareholders.
The latter could be the reason for the share price holding up so well (relative to the rest of the renewables)
I haven’t heard of them before now to be honest.
Ex dividend down more than the dividend no tax.
Had a good run of late
