Does anybody know the name of the blank-cheque company Grab plans to merge with in Q4 this year? And of course, the co., already on Freetrade.
I’ve used Grab lots and prefer them to Uber.
Was meant to be Q3, but they announced today this will be pushed it back to Q4.

With your post, my first search took me to their press centre, and AGC is listed on FT.
Does anyone know if GRAB is going to be on Freetrade from the start tomorrow once listed?
It’s already live under the SPAC symbol AGC - when the de merger happens the graph will reset and the name will change.
