Don’t know what to think of it, premarket seems positive with the exception of Banks
Is there anywhere simple to view pre-market?
@101 I use marketwatch.com - can see all the premarket activity for each share, and it shows you the ‘futures’ of the overall market when the market is closed.
I use seeking alpha app - convenient on the phone
Per his latest email he is very bullish!
Looks like the Biden win and the markets are rallying exactly like John Thomas mentioned.
looks like he has another of his webinar on the way too
To be fair I think he covered most options
3 day S&P rally
Sounds like he’s not hot on weed & hotel stocks
Today’s insights
This is a closed position on barrick
Also closed amgen
So instead of closing the actual bullish position he buys the opposite bearish trade to cancel out?
Why would you do that? Doesn’t this involve trading double the money (two trades) and letting the time decay continue?
Or is it just his way of signalling that he is closing a position?
Buy/sell to close is a way to exit a short/long position
It’s important to have this context when posting his positions. You can see recent trades by searching “trade alert” on his website. If it’s “buy” then he’s opening a new position. If it’s “sell take prifits” or “sell stop loss” then he’s closing
Thanks @J4ipod94, I just searched it on his site and you are correct.
Thank you for the explanation, I didn’t get it before, but I see what you mean now .
I completely missunderstood it earlier.
He has closed several positions today as well as opened on Paypal and Silver (both bullish call spreads):
