Any wagers on share price?
Checking back I invested in December 2019 at ~£0.38 per share
Valuation was around £90m iirc. Turnover was £12m in 2023, growing at quite a clip and profitable. Nothing to suggest a forced sale. So would be pretty disappointed with anything less than the risk free return over the last four years (8-10%?)
I think it will be around £120m exit
I’ll say £0.55 per share. A decent return from the £0.18 I invested at in 2017/18.
Will probably stick the proceeds into treasuries or an ETF through Freetrade.
This VC is celebrating with their “600%” return. No mentioned of which round they participated in or what kind of share class they have. I doubt we’ll get the same kind return.
He invested in 2015 at a share price of £0.12
If that’s right and my maths is correct that’s a 120% return on the 2019 round, assuming no dilution for us.
Just got the email, £0.71 per share which is better than I was expecting (although seems slightly ambiguous as it’s split into two separate payments, one of which is based on performance)
Decent return (4X) and some much needed cashflow
Do you know when they are going to pay us?
From crowdcube about the 2nd payment as it’s been 12 months since the first payment.
We are writing to inform you that we are in communication with JustPark and we are waiting for further information from the Company. The second payment is based on the Company meeting certain conditions which the Company is in the process of finalising.
Second payment was never a guarantee so pretty pleased to have received this.
Only a couple of quid I imagine, but it all counts.
no news here.. probably no earn out payment
Nope, not heard a thing either… but then this is Crowdcube we’re dealing with.
From CC:
Further to the update we sent on 27th March 2025 with regards to the sale of JustPark, we wanted to provide you with an update on the upcoming second payment for equity holders.
We previously informed investors that we expected to receive the funds for the second payment in April 2025. Crowdcube has not yet received the funds as JustPark confirmed the buyer is in the final stages of processing the conditions required in order to determine the second payment.
Given the trouble with the delay in Freetrade payout they seem to be increasing comms.
