Limit orders on regular Freetrade

I was a little disappointed seeing that Limit orders were reserved for Freetrade+ only. I understand that company needs to make money, so it is not the issue. The issue for me is that for doing one or two limit orders a months I would need to pay 9.99 pounds - that’s a lot more than my other broker which is not in way considered “free”.

Did Freetrade team consider to still allow Limited orders on basic Freetrade for a flat fee, like 1 pound per trade? I would use it without hesitation.

£1 for this trade type is reasonable. The functionality should already there from the old instant order charge.

Sad to see that such basic features are hidden behind a subscription. I suspect the lack of other substantial benefits behind the plus plan made them to take this decision.
